There's some regionals in a lot of states, and luckily, there's one in Atlanta, 2 hours from where I live. I'm so excited. Me and my friend are traning heavily and are both going. Who knows, maybe I'll have to face him.
(June 5th)
Anyone else going to there state's regionals?
Edit- here's a list: http://www.pokemonvgc.com/en/events.php
RESULTS: Lost first match. But it will onl strengthen my resolve to perfect my strategies. I enjoyed my time.
I took a few pictures.

I saw a cosplayer as none other then Ash Ketchum.....from Georgia.

I want that. This is the registration line and the middle area is where the matches are held.

Two guys we chatted about strategies and the 5th gen all the way to the registration line. I knew I should have gotten a way to contact them later on
I saved my match as a battle video. The battle video # is 61-84306-13873

San Fransisco? Too far to drive. I'd have to fly and I can't afford a plane ticket for me and a parent to chaperone.
Ash, you're going, right? Keep us posted! I want to hear about what happens. |
|
Man, I understand that it's pointless and not cost friendly for people to hold things in not heavily populated cities...
But man do I wish they'd at least hold one near where I live. 3: |
|
It would be cool to go to one of these, but my parents would probably roll their eyes at the idea of driving me somewhere so that I could play Pokemon with complete strangers. Too bad too, since I could probably do well. Good luck Ash, and make us proud!

Fixed double post.
It says so on the official VGC website. I was planning on going this year and last year so I know the rules. |
|
Was it this pdf? http://www.pokemonvgc.com/en/pdf/reg...0Operation.pdf
And I go to the official site too. So, to make sure, this is a 1v1 Double, right? |
