Missingno - what an interesting Pokémon. He/she/genderless glitch is kinda awesome, though.
Um... For those unfamiliar, Missingno is a glitch Pokémon from the first generation of Pokémon, and is a common pet name for glitch Pokémon in the generations since, most notably "????????????" and "?" from the 3rd and 4th generations.

Well then I think most of these people probably voted as a joke because I've never heard of Sephiroth or Tifia Lockhart.

The 'Noble Nine'(Link, Mario, Crono, Sephiroth, Cloud Strife, Sonic, Solid Snake, Mega Man, Samus Aran) defeat all others then beat on each other.
Once in awhile a token outsider will make it to the quarter-finals or defeat a Noble Nine member but other then that is between the nine mentioned above. |

Oh and the only reason Charizard got to the Quarters was because there were no NN's in its division (Heart Division)

Not really, but large numbers of fanboys 'rally' whenever an RPG character is in the day's battle and rack up a ridiculous number of votes. It comes down to whichever character has the most fansites backing it up for that particular vote.
