I've never heard anyone call it the worst game, if so they're morrons who have never heard of Hotel Mario.
Go buy it, it is an awsome game.

| So its nothing like your standard side-scroller. However, its also an incredibly simple one. Much emphasis is put on being able to pull off tricky button combos (having played through the game 4 or 5 times, I'm a master), and in terms of health... Well, when you beat the game you'll probably have about 50 hit points. In addition, mechanics like Attack and Defence are expressed in single digits (by default 1 and 0 respectively). |

The first time I played Paper Mario and the Thousand Year Door, I loved it. In the week I rented it, I beat the entire game. (and I can't play any video games on weekdays O_o)
Ironically, it was my last GC game before I moved on to Wii and I still love it just as much as I did back then when it was first released. Go buy it!
If you think the game is easy for some reason, try beating the Pit of Trials after you beat the first Chapter. If you manage to get further than 70, you're better than I am.
