"Pokemon Snap!", it is really fun, you probably heard of it if you play(ed) nintendo64 (my favorite system). Also I have never seen or heard of anyone else still playing Super<Smash>Bros.

Oh yeah, what about the Tales games.

Very Underrated: Tales of Symphonia

It's surprising how they have made 10+ titles series in the Tales universe and non of them are widely popular. (most of them are amazing except for the Wii sequel to Tales of Symphonia which sucked)

Also, the only Mario Kart (made by Namco as well) as obscure as Super Mario Kart is:
