Whenever I try to log in to or close VRC 9.5, this happens. Apparently this has nothing to do with my overly-secure network, so now I need help. I'm sure I have the .NET framework installed this time.

I'm still not sure why these come up.

It seems that deleting and re-downloading it didn't work.

Have you tried to delete the settings file? (Its name is vrchat, and it may be a hidden file). It will be located in the same folder as the chat program.

Also check your computer for spyware and virus (just as a precaution)

Well it didn't come in a folder, but it's vrchat.ini? Yeah, I also deleted that. I feel changing something in that will make it work, but I feel I'll break it if I try.

I don't even know how to do it, and in my opinion it's too much effort seeing as I have two firewalls and Symantec Endpoint Protection on this. Anyways, nothing else involving chat.victoryroad.net is acting up.

First of all, unless one of those firewalls is a psychical one, you don't need two, they will conflict with each other. If you have Symantec on the computer try opening it up and look for a scan tool, It never hurts.

I really have no idea, if you have another computer at your house and you can, try using the program on the other computer to test your internet connection.

Yes, one of those firewalls is physical. After looking in SEP's Help, apparently I can't scan a 64-bit system, which I happen to have.

Honestly, my dad went into root on the physical firewall and found nothing stopping me from logging in; apparently the program is the problem. =/
