I've had Cindy for a while, and after VB was put in, the link was... extended. I think it's growing, too. I don't know if I can shorten it or if that would break it, so I'll ask here.

You might as well just remove that long link from your siggy and go on your Pokédoptables account and get the forum link and post that instead of the long link. Also be sure to post in the Floatzel Migration thread so that your single Pokédopt gets swapped over to Victory Battles eventually.

However, there was no limit on how many times I could level it up, hence why it's now level 122! So shortening the link might break it a bit...

Yeah, the way we do that is... poor at best. I'll need to take another look at it soon (I'm pretty sure I already know how to fix it, anyway.)

Well at least I found a cheat for easy levelups... I think.

The root cause is because when you load the signature box, it "re-censors" the link. When you click Save, it keeps that change. The next time you load it, it adds the link again. You've edited your signature 19 times since we added that.

So, I'll just have to trim it each time I edit my signature until it's migrated, right?

Most likely, yeah.

Just a proposed fix if anyone wants to try it out:

Current System: 1. "a" -> "ba" -> "bba"
Proposed System: 1. "a" -> "ba"
2. "bba" -> "ba"
(In other words, replace two of the string in question with just one.)

That could work in theory. Is it worth a try?
