Someone in my family has a habit of leaving food in her room, possibly for days. This time, she came to my room and handed me a bowl of cereal. She said,
"You might not want to smell it."
By god, she was right. The milk had gone sour and eventually cheesy, and I won't repeat how bad the stench was. That repulsive bowl of cereal is the perfect bio-terrorist weapon. I couldn't even see the milk yet because the cereal had swollen to cover the entire bowl's surface. Meanwhile, I had to walk all the way downstairs to the kitchen sink, enduring the crippling stench.
I had the misfortune of taking the bowl of doom downstairs. Once I got to the sink, I poured the contents in. The milk had gone rubbery and pockets of air were forming (possibly from fermentation). The whole, utterly disgusting mixture looked like rice pudding.
This is going to leave a scar on my mind. I pray to god that she doesn't combine food and the effects of time again...and walk into my bedroom and hand me any more "experiments."
Sorry if I sound verbose.

Why did you have to deal with it? I would have thrown it at her.

What cereal was it anyway?
And what kind of milk? Describe the bowl. (Yes, this is a test. You will be graded.) |
