Lately, I have been having trouble Logging on to Victory Battles. I type in my username, then my correct password, and it won't log me in.

This actually happens to me too sometimes. I can usually remedy the situation by clicking the Adoptable in my signature here and I will be logged into VictoryBattles when it takes me to my Pokemon's profile, but it is still somewhat of a hassle.

Is any specific message given to you? These usually are:

Mis-typed Password: "You appeared to have entered a wrong password. Remeber, passwords are case sensitive."
Mis-typed Username: "No user exists with that user title. Is it possible that you have changed your name recently?"

Additionally, what browser are you using?

I had this problem with Firefox, and what happened was I would click "Let's Go!", it would load for a little bit, and then the page would refresh and still be at the log-in page with my username and password typed in. There was no message on either of the two being incorrect.

Another question, what site are you trying to go to?
http://battles.victoryroad.net does not allow log-ins for some reason, however
http://victorybattles.net does allow for log-ins.

Hmm I have been going to the former, and I can only assume GuildMaster has as well. Thanks for the tip, JAD! Is there any reason that the latter is functional for logging in, as opposed to the other?

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. I had noticed at one point that it wasn't redirecting properly so I just decided to mirror it. I noticed this was a problem but the main reason for the mirror was so the images would work. Regardless, its fixed now (you will be redirected to victorybattles.net).

I wasn't using the former one. I am using the more recent one and no, I am not getting error messages, in fact, when I log in, all it does is refresh the page and the boxes where you type in the username and password are blank, and I am using Internet Explorer 8.

I will test for IE-8 briefly. Have you been able to log-in successfully at any point? Do you use multiple computers, by chance? And have you tried using an alternate browser (certainly it should work in IE-8, but it would help to know if the problem was directly because of IE-8)?

(There is a small chance a change in your IP address could cause the problem; to fix this I believe logging out of VictoryRoad and then logging into VictoryBattles could fix the problem. This is merely a theory, though.)

I have made limited tests in IE8, all of which run fine. I believe you got it running in some scenario anyway, but do post if there's anything else.
