Hello, I am JC, I have been a fan since '98, but I did buy my first game in '99 though, I decided to go online and become a member of this growing community, I am not the best Pokémon gamer, but I am still learning the games as they change over time.

Want to improve your Pokemon skills? Jump into the gym league challenges, you can use Pokemon Online or Shoddy battle instead of EVing and such if you don't want to use the games. :3

Well, I really wouldn't go through the hassle of the fanmade mmos, I rather stick with my handheld games over controlling a game on the computer, feels better plus I can take it anywhere I want. I don't get bored as much on handhelds then I do on computer.

Want to improve your owait JAD already said this. If you're going to use Pokémon Online, I recommend the DR. KITTENS server. Trust me, it's the best one.
All it is is a battle simulator; you set up a team, enter a server, and battle people and that's it. It's not a hassle at all; using the games to get the right team is a hassle.

Thank you, I'll try to be good around him and everyone else here at VR, I have no reason to attack anyone for no reason, as I do not actually know anyone here.

Nice, as PRS said, older fans of Pokemon are always nice to have. With the growing amounts of newcomers to the series, it`s good to see there`re still a lot of people who`ve remained interested for so long. Enjoy your stay here, for getting to know some of the community, I recommend checking out the chat box.

Yeah after a couple of friends showed the games, I wanted one too, so i got one about a year thereafter, my allowance wasn't good, anywhere between $.50 to a $1 a week.
