i rest pass word twice and it keep telling me login in failed

You should be able to use the password you had for that account to log in - is that not possible?

no said i had to reset i reset used the reset pass word siad fialed i reset again and that one failed too

Are you trying to log in with your Victory Road account? You need a separate one for Floatzel.

i was on Floatzel first way before i ever came to this place
thats the one i am trying to log on to

as you can see i can log in here

i cant log in there

yes both times i reset the password i used the reset one just how it was given to me and it said failed

You'll have to excuse us for not assuming anything, but when you reset your password, you:

1. Clicked the link in the email.
2. Were brought to a page containing a new password (NOT the one in the email).
3. Entered the password in the page as your new password (NOT the one is the email).

I've tested a few things, but I can't really replicate it.

If it helps, all of the Floatzel adoptables will be converted to the VictoryBattles adoptables in time, which should mean this problem will disappear.
