Just a little puzzle for you to try and figure out. It's self explanitory, is it not? Please put your answers in a spoiler tag.

(I didn't make this, my friend did it for me.)

EDIT: They also are not allowed to move.

Number one, because he can see one with a black hat and one with a white hat.

How does that tell him what hat he's wearing? And I'm not saying if you're right or not until both the answer and reason are right.

Well, It's hard to tell because 1 can only see one of each hat, making him have to guess which one he has, 2 can only see one colour, where as 3 only sees a wall, and Idk what the heck 4 is doing, but I'd say it's easier for 1 to figure out, because he already knows half of the hats.

Nope, no comunication with eachother other than when they are 100% sure they know what their colour is, then they yell it out and win.

3 finds out first.  Both 1 and 2 walk foward in front of 3.  3 sees the two black hats, so he must have a white hat.

By chance does that wall have a window or crack, if so then two can see all the white hatted people and guess which one he's wearing..

They can't move (which means no jumping) and 4 is (supposed to be) waaaaay down there.

The second person (from left to right) would find out first. Person 1 would be silent for a while since both Person 2`s and Person 3`s hats are different.  If they were the same, person 1 could easily figure out that they`re hat is the opposite colour.  Because Person 1 isn`t answering right away, Person 2 can figure out that their hat is the opposite colour of person 3`s, which is what is causing Person 1 some confusion)
