but I must say that I don't think this is very well thought through. No rules means we can use Ubers, moves like Double Team, hack our Pokemon to have 999 of every stat, etc.

Why don't you just say "No hacked Pokemon"?
I guess a rule free tournament would be fair. Everyone's still using the same rules, it's how you exploit them that matters.

By using cheats to win every battle, do you mean a cheat that makes you win every battle or using cheats in general to get the Pokemon you're using? I'm still having a little confusion there.

I mean if someone use a level 5 and kill a level 100 in one hit with out be a 1hit ko move. Also all Pokemon will auto to level 100.

I condensed the first three rules into 'No hacking'. Makes much more sense and it's more broad.

I guess I add no hacked Pokemon.

I don't hack my DS game my friend gave me a lot of Shiny Rayquzza.

I changed the grand prize into a normal Level 100 Rayquzza.

Oh one more thing, are Action Replay-cheated-Shiny-Pokemon with normal stats and moves OK? Although I don't really see the difference but...

Also, it doesn't matter what Level the Pokemon are caught at, right? In short, I can use the AR to catch some Lv.100 Pokemon (not that it matters, since they're going to be insta-Lv.100 anyway) But still, is that allowed?

Sorry, I'm sorta new to this whole tournament thing. I've never done it before and I just wanna make sure that I don't break any of the rules...

A level 100 Rayquaza? Eh... I don't really like it. It's an uber, meaning that it can rarely be used in competitive play, and I'm doubting that it's been EV trained well.

Would you like me to handle the prize? I've got a few well-trained Pokemon that I don't use, like a Blissey, Salamence and Vaporeon.
