Shortly after fixing those problems last night regarding the dependency hell, the database crashed and was corrupted. Thankfully, the vBulletin Repair & Optimize options were able to fix the busted tables without any hassle.
Because of this crash, there might be data loss throughout the site. If you notice anything messed up, be sure to report it immediately. I may be able to restore parts of the database to a backup from yesterday before KYA ran those installations.
