Throwback Galaxy and...Flipswitch Galaxy, I think it was called?
Oh, and
|
Yoshi Star Galaxy (obvious)
Supermassive Galaxy (reminds me of that one world in SMB3 where everything was huge) Starshine Becah Galaxy (reminds me of Super Mario Sunshine) Sweet Mystery Galaxy (all the food makes me hungry for sugar) Shiverburn Galaxy (snow and fire at the same time, MAKES PERFECT SENSE) Throwback Galaxy (OH MY ARCEUS SUPER MARIO 64!!!!111) Rolling Coaster Galaxy (OH LOOK, IT'S RAINBOW ROAD FROM MARIO KART!) Twisty Trails (another retro level this time from Super Mario Sunshine) If you've played the game you already know what at least most of these galaxies should look like already (and I'm to lazy to embed YT videos). |

@Yoshi:Slipsand`s Daredevil Run was somewhat tricky because if you focused on dodging attacks, then the spikes would end up leaving you trapped when the fire flower wears off, until you can get another. But yeah, agreed, the general strategy was rather simple. I hated the Cosmic Clones portion of Chompworks and Flip-Out.
I`d say my favourite Galaxies were:
Throwback Galaxy (Whomp`s Fortress was my favourite level of Super Mario 64, and the nostalgia was off the charts xD)
Boss Blitz Galaxy (Getting to see those bosses again was awesome, especially Bouldergeist. Then beating them in 5 minutes for the Prankster Comet showed me I`ve improved since last time)
Boulder Bowl Galaxy (That rock mushroom made it feel like you were using Rollout, and fighting an armadillo with it was a lot of fun)
Slipsand Galaxy (Squizzard was pretty fun, and I really liked the remixed Fire Flower theme that played when you picked one up.)
Beat Block Galaxy (Besides piano, I also play a lot of percussion instruments, so it was fun having the beat-keeping skills being useful in a video game.)
Flash Black Galaxy (For the same reason as Beat Block)
Flip-Out Galaxy (I had a lot of fun with the advanced wall-jumping, the Cosmic Clones level was annoying, though, but not as bad as the Cosmic Clones from Chompworks)
Shiverburn Galaxy (Not only is the name even cooler than "Freezeflame", but it was great having fire and ice everywhere again)
I`ve heard that the Grandmaster Galaxy is extremely challenging, especially on the Prankster Comet level, so I`m looking forward to it. So far I`ve only got 140 stars, though, but my exams end next Thursday, so I should be able to get in some play here and there. There`s a lot of Green Stars, though.
