Yes, you can get that much on a Blissey. That's the most HP you'll ever see on a Pokémon, until Gen V at least. Even then, it still probably won't be matched.

So, anyone got one? I've tried to get one myself, but mine's only got 697HP...

And no, I'm not asking for a trade. Just show-off!

I tried raising two Blissey and 1 got 614 and other one was 659(not sure on this one).Then I quit raising.It is pain in the rear.

714 HP Blissey is just a Blissey with 31 HP IVs and 252 EVs, so it is not TOO rare... Alas, I have never raised a Blissey and thus do not have one.

Although I am considering raising one...

I have a low HP blissey sadly. :<
If I maxed out its HP evs it would have that much, but mines a more offensive blissey. =w=
