I actually asked cat yesterday to make a subforum of it. =w= And also made a huuuuuge weavile moveset. Like even with all the A moves. :< Not being able to sleep does these things.

Anywho i'll post the B s for it~!
Nuetral B: Ice shards - Weavile sends out 3 sharp ice sickles that hover in the air. Releasing b instantly will send them straight forward. However if you hold the button down the ice shards will face the opponent no matter wear they be until released. Once the buttons released they'll be sent after the foe. You may hold the button for as long as you want and roam around and attack freely, however no B moves may be used until you release the button.

Side B: False swipe - A glint appears in weaviles eyes before dashing forward at a blinding speed slashing and stunning the opponent. Think of fox's side B. However, unlike fox's side B this attack only inflicts a measly 1 damage, but stuns the opponent for 3 seconds allowing a follow up. Has a little start up, before weavile dashes. During the startup you can aim wear this attack goes. It can be aimed forward, at a 45 degree angle, or directly above you as long as you input the direction before weaviles eyes glint. Can be aimed in any direction if your in the air, but if you don't hit anything weavile will fall helplessly down as if you used a recovery move.

Down B: Payback - A dark aura flows around weavile as he winds up a strong horizontal claw slash. While weavile is preparing this move, he can't be shooken or broken out of it, but he still takes damage. If you just tap the button he'll lash out fairly quickly with a diagnol swipe that barely stuns the opponent if it hits. If you hold the button down for half a second he'll release a stronger horizontal slash that breaks shields, does more damage, and stuns longer. If you hold it down for a whole 1.5 second he'll automatically lash out horizontally, then while the opponents stunned, he'll quickly do a vertical slash sending the opponent FAR into the air easily KOing at 100%. Be wary as grabs still work on him while he uses this. (This was inspired by super street fighter 4s "focus attack" btw)

Up B: Fury swipes - Weavile spins around lashing at the opponent a total of 8 times and finishes off with a strong upwards slash. When uses in the air weavile ffloats up diagnally as far as yoshis second jump and attacks above him. The first 8 swipes drag in the opponent and the last strike launches them upwards fairly high. This is great way to KO foes above you. If used on the ground however, weavile will dash forward slashing into the opponent 8 times and end with a strong horziontal strike, sending em sideways. Either way it starts off quick, the finishing blow is strong and the damage ain't half bad. Kinda an overpowered move actually. =w=

FINAL SMASH: SCARLET CLAW- FIRST THIS http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u73JF...eature=related
THEN THIIIIIS http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KPLM3HElVk
Anyone caught in the first wall jump slash gets caught in the whole combo, finishing off with that upward scarlet slash. It does a whopping 70 damage and KOs at low percentage. Sadly the first wall jump attack, can be dodgeroll'd fairly easily. Make sure to use it when your 100% sure it will hit! Hooray for ripping off street fighters~!

I'm so sorry I'm so sorry I'm so sorry.

TINGLE

Neutral B: Rupee Toss.
Tingle hurls rupees of various colors to inflict damage. Much like Snake's grenades, you can tilt the control stick to determine how far they go. The farther you throw them, the more damage they will do, but they are also easier to avoid.

Up-B: Balloon Inflation.
Tingle's red balloon fills up with air, propelling him straight up. It then begins to deflate, but while it does so you can hover horizontally while moving ever-down. Much like Peach's parasol. Just be aware that once you enter the falling part of this move, other players can burst your balloon.

Side-B: Bombchu
Tingle places a Bombchu on the ground, which then immediately begins to move forward along the ground. The Bombchu will stick to the ground and keep moving until it either blows someone up, or detonates after a set amount of time.

Down-B: Map Ink
If you hold down B, Tingle will pull out the brush he uses to draw his maps and hold it to the ground. You can walk while using this move, and as you walk with it against the ground you create a temporarily slippery area. You move somewhat slowly while using this move, however.

Final Smash: Rupee Shower
After singing the Song of Storms, a massive amount of rupees fall from the sky! They are small, but all in great numbers, and easily rack up damage. Eventually, the rupees stop falling and things are back to normal.

I am NOT going into his taunts...

Sunny, you can post the A moves but I was afraid it would be too much effort.

Viewtiful Joe

Normal B- Shocking Pink. Joe procures a bomb and hacky-sacks with it. After this charge period, Joe can kick it at an enemy. If he is attacked while playing hacky-sack, Joe will drop the bomb and it will dud.

Up B- Voomerang. Joe tosses the V on his helmet. This attack will home in on the nearest enemy if charged.

Up B (in air) Air Joe. Joe performs a series of aerial attacks that keep him afloat. Although not a good recovery move, his jumps are high enough to compensate.

Side B- Mach Speed. Joe throws a series of punches. If they connect with an enemy, Joe's attacks begin to speed up into a frenzy.

Down B- Sliding Kick/ Red Hot Kick. On the ground, Joe will slide a short distance across the floor in a kick. In the air, Joe performs a missile kick that sends him in a 45-degree angle until he either connects with an enemy, passes a certain distance, or touches floor.

Final Smash: VFX Trifecta. Joe begins by Zooming In and doing the Viewtiful Forever pose, stunning all opponents.
Joe will then duplicate himself in Mach Speed and attack everyone on the field in fury. Joe finishes with Slow. Everyone on the field can move at this point, only it will be as though a slowdown Timer went off. All of Joe's attacks in Slow are amplified, so this is Joe's chance to send people flying.

After Slow ends, Viewtiful Joe transforms into Average Joe. As Average Joe, he can't execute any B moves, can only jump once, uses watered-down A moves, and is slower. This will last for 15 seconds, at which point Joe will transform back into his Viewtiful self.

SABLEYE:

B: Power Gem
Sableye creates a small, damaging field that comes out of his gem. Work as a physical shield
B-Side: Shadow Sneak
Sableye sinks into the ground, moves forward, then pops up
B-Up: Fling
Sableye jumps up and flings an item, like yoshi's egg toss. Sableye throws a random item, from damaging iron balls to health restoring berries to sticky barbs to flame orbs and occasionally pokeballs.
B-Down: Faint attack
Sableye dodges the enemies attack, then sucker punches them.
Smash: Night Shade
Sableye slashes in the air and everyone takes 50 damage, with knockback. Instant kill if their damage is high enough.

Well, I`d probably try for Arceus normally, but I really like Zoroark now as well, and since it seems more suited to Super Smash Bros., I suppose I`ll go with it. Though, only two new moves have been revealed, so I`ll probably have to improve it later.....so for now, I suppose I`ll go for moves that suit it`s physical traits, ect.

Neutral B:Slash
Pretty obvious. Zoroark raises it`s arm into the air, and brings it down crashing onto the ground. Does contact damage, and sends an energy wave flying forwards after the arm hit`s the ground, similar to Kirby`s UP+B move when it hits the ground, only in a purple-reddish hue.

Side B:Extremespeed
Yes, I know Lucario already has it, but it`d work with Zoroark, too. It goes flying forward either left or right, and upon coming into contact with an enemy, slashes upwards.

Up B:Seismic Toss
Zoroark leaps high into the air. If it comes into contact with an enemy, it grabs hold of them, and flips upside down, lets out the cry heard at 1:18 of this video:

and spirals downwards toward the ground, slamming the enemy into it head-first, like how Ash`s Charizard/Satoshi`s Lizardon performs the move in the anime.

Down B:Illusion
No, it`s not a move, but it seems Zoroark can activate it`s ability at will in Gen`ei no Hasha:Zoroark, so I`ll assume that applies here. Zoroark changes to one of the three Legendary Beasts, and gains a new moveset depending on which it switches too. However, the transformation is temporary, and can`t be used for a certain period of time after it wears off. Additionally, taking too much damage can break the transformation, just like in Pokemon Black and White.

Final Smash:Chaos Blast
xD Well, someone who commented on one of my videos said that was a fan name for it, so I`ll go with that. Anyway, Zoroark`s arms glow with a reddish-pink hue, and it smashes it`s arms into the ground. A field of energy engulfs it and everything around it in a spherical shape, doing constant major damage. (Note that if it uses it on the ground, it has the form of half a sphere, as if the bottom half were underground. It takes the form of a full sphere if used in mid-air, and as a result, is more powerful there, with the ground version being able to target enemies with.) Whilst caught in the field, player`s movement becomes "laggy', so they probably won`t be able to leave it either. Upon ending, the sphere contracts towards Zoroark`s body, and explodes, releasing a burst of energy which deals damage and knockback.

A short clip of Zoroark using this can be seen in the video under Zoroark`s hypothetical Up B move above at 1:17.

Ultima Raichu

B
Focus Punch: First charges then hit with critical damage... kinda like Falcon Punch.

Side B
Giga Impact: Charges head-on with lots of damage--but takes a second to recover unless it's done in air.

Down B
Shock Wave: Sends a wave of electricity in front of him--only can be done on ground.

Up B
Thunder Shock: Jumps and twirls in air shocking any that's in the way... like Charizard's Fly but higher with more agility.

Final Smash: Trinity

Quadcentro or someone tried to set up a Strong Bad button moveset, but I'm going to try my hand at it anyway.

Strong Bad

Normal B: Nunchuk Gun. Tapping B repeatedly will allow Strong Bad to swing Dangeresque's Nunchuk Gun. Holding B down will charge a bullet (which is, strangely, a nunchuk bar) and allow it to fire.

Side-B: Kick The Cheat. The Cheat will automatically spawn randomly a la Peach's Toad, and Strong Bad will kick him into an opponent. After that's all said and done, the Cheat can be attacked and picked up/thrown by other characters until the "item" disappears. Strong Bad cannot kick another The Cheat until the first one is taken off the field.

Up-B: Look's Like I'm Gonna Have to Jump...! Strong Bad will jump high into the air. Unseen in any sbemails or the SBCG4AP games, Strong Bad will also use his Nunchuk Gun to propel himself like a helicopter.

Down-B: BMW Lighter. Strong Bad will strike up his lighter and a flamethrower will unexpectedly come out. (Hey, it's Smash Bros, isn't it?) Just like Bowser's Flame Breath, the lighter will wear out after the button is held for a while.

Final Smash: Dooj. Strong Bad detonates either the Tandy, the Compy, or the Lappy, causing a giant explosion.

Let's see...
Oh! Master Chief!

Neutral-B
Pulls out a Battle Rife and fires a 3-round burst. If B is repeatedly tapped, the bursts will continue until the BR is out of ammo or Master Chief gets hit.

Side-B
Similar to Snake's neutral B, Master Chief will throw a grenade. Similar to Samus's side B, it will not always be the same grenade. Sometimes Chief will throw a normal grenade, other times, he will throw a plasma grenade. The plasma grenade will stick to the enemy or floor. Unlike sticky bombs, the plasma grenade cannot be transferred to other enemies.

Down-B
Lays down a mine. I can't exactly remember the name of the mines in Halo 3, but Chief lays down one of those mines. Similar to Snake's down-smash, it will explode when anyone steps over it. If in the air when doing this, the mine will be tossed.

Up-B
Master Chief will do a grenade jump to give himself a boost. If an enemy is too close to Chief when he does this, the enemy will be hurt slightly. If on the ground when using Up-B, it will have the same effect as if in the air.

Final smash (I have three...): Scorpion Tank, or Carpet bomb, or Energy Sword charge.

Scorpion Tank is similar to Fox's, Falco's and Wolf's final smash. Master Chief will get into a Scorpion Tank and attack people in it. Unlike Fox's and company's final smash, Chief can't do a barrel roll.

With Carpet Bomb, Master Chief calls in an air strike that hits everyone that isn't Chief on the highest point of a certain part in a level. This could be a downfall to stages like Temple, but excels in stages like Final Destination.

With Energy Sword charge, Chief charges with an energy sword and K.O's them. This final smash is similar to Marth's, except it will look cooler. There is a limitation to this, however. Master Chief will stop charging if a certain distance is reached or if Chief hits a wall or edge.

That's not entirely true. If you hold Side and then B, it's a heat-seeking missile. If you press Side+B at the same time, it's a Super Missile.

Arceus:
Neutral B: Ice Beam
Shoots a straight beam of ice for 1.5 seconds. Anyone caught in it for the entire time will be frozen, but not launched. The beam is easily avoided, such as jumping and using your Up-B attack, or rolling behind Arceus.

Side-B: Extremespeed
Almost the same as Fox's Side-B, Arceus rushes forward, knocking anyone in the radius into the air, but not incredibly high. About the same distance as 1 second of dashing with Captain Falcon.

Up-B: Bounce
Launches Arceus skywards. If no one hits Arceus during this attack, it lands on the ground with force. Arceus can also cancel the attack by tapping the normal attack button and start an aerial combo.

Down-B: Stomp
(In air) Forcibly pelts Arceus downwards. Launches enemies to the arena.
(On ground) Arceus stomps a foot and sends a shockwave in that direction.

Final Smash: Judgement
Arceus jumps to the middle of the stage and creates a spherical barrier around him. Large meteors hurdle to the stage. Anyone caught in storm of meteors will most likely be KO'd. Anyone who touches the barrier shall be severly damaged and pushed away. This works best on Final Destination.

"It all begins with this, a jewel contaning the ultuimate power."(lol spelling fail)

WARINING! WARNING! CHALLENGER APPROACHING!!
Shadow the Hedeghog! (Most moves based off of Sonic Battle)

Netural B: Chaos Fist Shadow hits the opponet with chaos energy(like ganon's aura thingy). It's like a powered up punch, kinda

Side B: Chaos spear, you should know what this is. It would be like the super scope.

Down-B: Does Sonic's Down B.

Up B: Claps his hands together in an upward motion, and an explosion of Chaos energy happens

Combo move: From Sonic Battle. Chops, then kicks twice.

Final Smash: CHAOS BLAST: Obliterates everything on the field. KO's everyone and Destroys items, too
