On the May 9 episode of Pokémon Sunday, the starter silhouettes were shown off.

I'm guessing that the left is water, right is fire, and middle is grass.

Maybe the middle is.. GRASS AND ELECTRIC? O_O The tail make sit looks sorta electric, but the leaves on the head make it look like grass.

It goes, Vibrava, Spionk, and Piplup.

you can see the first one is grass from the leaf on its tail *facepalm*


the fire one looks like one of those small piggys yay
grass seems to be another reptile
and water is the hardest to guess, maybe an otter but i wouldnt bet on this one.

I don't know what to say about them based on the silhouettes alone, but here's what I think they'll look like.

Hrm.
I know it's fun to guess but it's pretty dang hard to tell things from silhouettes.
I don't have much of a clue about the left one, that thing could either have a fire spouting tail(oh, man Charmander 2.0) or it could be leaves.
I'm hoping these might be dual-type starters, that or they shifted the Pokemon and made different type starters than fire/grass/water.

Middle one looks liek a rabbit... Maybe a FIRE RABBIT?!

The middle one looks more like a clown pig to me, maybe it's phychic.

Ordinarily I`d avoid double-posting a video, but I just uploaded a video of the Pokemon Sunday Segment which lacks the somewhat considerable lag that GoldndSilver7`s video had, so I thought I`d embed it here as well, hope that`s alright with everyone:

The middle one looks like a Turtwig and Spoink fused together for some reason, the left one looks like a Vibrava and the right one looks like a hybrid of Buizel and Piplup xD.

Oh my, these things could be most anything. They had better not look lame, is all I can say.

Ok the first one looks like a fire type, the second one looks like a grass type and the last one looks like a water type.
Holy cow (plz be a cow in B/W), these are amazing and I can't wait to see what they look like!!!

EDIT: Now I'll give my reasoning as to why. The first one looks like a fire type because it looks like its tail is on fire (that could also be a leaf). The second one looks like a grass type bbecause it looks like another version of Turtwig. The last HAS to be a water type because that tail reminds me of a beavers tail, and it looks like Piplup.

The top one is a grass type, I know it. I'm not sure about the others.
And based off of the sillouetes, these are some of the dumbest looking starters we have had, IMO

The one on the left looks like a water pig/cow. On the middle, I see something that looks like a grass bunny. And the last one looks like a Charmander combined with a Vibrava combined with a celebi (Notice it's head looks like a celebi's) I really don't care what others think about them, I might go with the fire starter (Like I alwayys do )

The left one looks like a Grass-type because the thing on the tail kinda looks like a leaf.
The right one looks like a Water-type because it looks like a platypus to me.
The middle one look like a Fire-or a Grass-type.Fire because the other types are covered.
Grass because of the leaf thing on its head.

Wow, those look awesome! Can't wait to see them fully revealed.

I think I'm going to love the one on the left. I'm really excited now! I extremely can't wait!

Hard to beileve that anyone could consider that entertainment, when a lot of Japanese shoews have that weird stuff.

The silhouettes look interesting to me. I think the middle one is the Grass-type starter, although it has some hints of the Electric type. The other two are confusing, so I'll wait until they are revealed.

By the way, when I was looking at the news from my iPod Touch, I could almost see the details inside the silhouettes. To prove myself, what I specifically saw was this:

1) The one on the right (which happens to be the clearest) has lighter 'skin' around its eyes, and its left hand is somewhat close to its mouth. I think, though I'm not sure, that it is brown in colour, and the spots around its eyes are beige (or a colour similar to it). It also has 'cute' eyes.

2) The one in the middle is a bit unclear, but I can still make out some minor details: only one eye is visible from this side, and its mouth is slightly open. Its eyes have an expression of 'challenge', though I really don't know how to explain that.

3) The one on the left is the most vague to me, as I can barely notice anything about it. What I can see is that it has one, small eye towards the upper side of its head, and has a small mouth, too (as seen on the silhouette).

I hope 90% of what I can see turns out to be true because I can clearly make out several details only on my iPod Touch.

They look like sinnoh starters, I expected them looking more like hoenn.XD They're not that bad, just wait till they evole.:3 And they're just silhouttes.

I think the first one will be either Grass/Flying or Grass/Dragon the second one will be Fire/Physchic and the last one will be Water/Fighting.

I'm guessing the one on the left will be fire, far right will be water, and the top middle will be grass.Cuz' the middle one has two leafs on its head (or could they be feathers?) and the one on the far right looks like a otter or a beaver thing. Beavers and Otters belong at water areas.x3

Grass is okay, fire is terrible and the water one is bad but could have some cool evolutions!

Yes but a lot of my spelling skills left me one summer.

I think I will choose the one on the left. Looks cooler to me.
