It's an okay nature I guess, considering +SpDef will help and the -SpAtk won't effect you(if and when you make it a Gyarados).

Considering it is incapable of learning any physical attacks other than Tackle and Flail through any means, good luck =P

(It would make an awesome video. I was proof-of-concept it first with a cheat device, though)
