When I caught 150 he said I was like him when he was a kid and he even told me to slow down.

I've had that phone call, I'm like "What? Thats it?"

Yep. I got that call. I do believe that I was just about to enter Victory Road. I then promptly called him a stalker.

I always get calls like that.

I like to imagine that Professor Oak is hiding behind a huge bush, and watching your every move with a small pair of black binoculars.

I never get those calls because I don't catch anyone other than my team xD

I got that call when I hit the 90 mark in my PokeDex.

I think it has to do with milestones in your PokéDex...
Oak called me and said my PokéDex was filling up, then afterwards I checked my Dex and it said I had 151 Pokémon on it.

Never got that call because I don't catch that many Pokémon.I only catch the ones I need.

The only way that call could be funny, is if you got the Kanto starter from him and he called you the second you got it... yes, he is right in-front of you and he calls you.

I just got this phone call today after catching 100 Pokemon.

Although I always catch Pokemon, yet I never got this call. Strange. :S
