Hullo.

I was suggested to these forums, though I have been away from Pokemon, the game, for.. quite some time. I've liked the whole thing for years. I watched the original anime when the episodes were new, I bought the original Blue/Red versions when they were new.. and 1st edition "Jungle" packs when they were still on store shelves. I used to role-play them in AOL chat rooms before most online games existed, and it was fun. Two guesses to what I was.

In either case, I'm anicent. ;_;

That being said, I haven't really done much in recent days. This place looks mildly interesting. Here's to hoping I get convinced to buy a DSi, black/white, or.. whatever else is worthwhile!

If I recall correctly, you have a car license plate that says Flareon?

Except... that car is no longer in my ownership. It's gone. Traded for something nicer! The license plate is too, but I haven't taken any pictures, since I got it just before the winter. Once I give it a good wash for spring/summer, I will take another, and update that.

Welcome to Vic--wait, wait, wait...I have seen that picture before! I must not have realized you were the same Flareon who stated he owned that car. Now I certainly realize how ancient you are! (By any chance, did you post that on GameFAQs about four or five years ago?)

I didn't realize I posted it on GameFAQ's (though if it were four years ago, well.. it HAS been a while), but unless somebody ELSE posted it, I'm the only one I know of with a Pokemon themed car license plate, much less Flareon. I do question the four-five year claim, as that particular picture has a registration on the plate for November 2007.

It may have well been two or three years ago, I don't have that great of a memory. I do remember the topic saying something like "Check out this guy's plate", so I doubt it was you actually posting.

As for a Pokémon-themed license plate, I have wanted one, but I don't really want one bad enough to pay the annual fee (yet). At one point, someone in Nevada DID have MEWTWO and another person had POKEMON. Since then, I believe both have expired.

Now you've got me wanting a personalized plate. At $36 for the first year and $20 for each additional year, these five (all available) look very nice in my opinion.

In my ranking of all Eeveelutions, he's last. This is not to say I have a dislike for him, tho. I love Jolteons! Just not as much as.. Umbreon. Or Leafeon. Or Glaceon.. Vaporeon.. Espeon. You get the idea.
