Serebii's explanation on the guide blocks isn't too pure for me to understand. Anybody care to create a video guide or know one?

How to actually use the blocks to their purpose. What PKMN comes out using what block and how many do I need to place and where at. The Serebii Guide is just not working for me, I need a visual guide on it.

I just looked over it and thank you it is more detailed and it the chart for the object and PKMN together is very useful. Thank you.
