1: Start your game.

2: At the Continue, New Game, Etc. menu, scroll down to your wifi settings.

3: Select your main wifi connection.

4: Change the option that says, 'Auto Detect DNS Servers' to no.

5: For the first DNS Server, set it to 97.124.191.74.

6: For the second, leave it as it is.

7: Save all settings.

8: Go to Goldenrod City after you've beaten Team Rocket in the Radio Tower.

9: Go to the Global Trading Center, and make sure your party has a full 6 Pokemon in it.

10: Talk to the Lady at the counter at the back left in the building.

11: Connect to Nintendo Wifi Connection.

12: Wait for your free Celebi to come flying down towards you.

13: The game will go back to the main screen, and you can change back the DNS Servers Settings to automatically find them.

14: You will find the Celebi in your PC Box.

While it really does work, here is some very important information:

It is sort of legit, because it seems like it should be a clone of the real thing. I can't tell.

So he is now giving out mew clones and no that Celebi event will be comming soon.

I'm probably not going to get this Celebi, since it is PokéSav'd. I just don't like to have any hacked Pokémon in my game(s).
However, if I can use it on Wi-fi without considering it as cheating, I might get it.

I am not sure if I get them or not. I might get them though, but it depends, as I hate getting something not legit.

Is this for REAL LEGIT EVENTS only? I don't want any fan events on my game atm?

They were clones of real events, too bad it is all over now.

Just tried this and got a Latios. :D
Tried it again and got a Shiny Latias. O_O
