if the eevee evolutions continue in pokemon black/white what should the names be?

types used
normal,water,fire,electric,physic,dark,ice,grass

not used
ground,rock,ghost,bug,flying,steel,dragon,fighting ,poison

I object, Normal is NOT used.

Last I checked, it wasn't illegal for a normal pokemon to evolve into a normal pokemon.

I say Dragon will be in for sure.
Then it'll either be bug or flying, most likely flying.
IF nintendo decides to do a third, it won't be bug, but Normal, because it matches with those 2 types better.
Names are impossible to speculate, as some of the names are obvious (Flareon, Leafeon, Vaporeon) while others are creative and you-couldn't-have-come-up-with-this-b4-it-was-revealed (Umbreon, Espeon, Glaceon)
While Jolteon is somewhere in the middle.

Ergo, too many possibilities to speculate. Though, if they went with the obvious (I doubt) then they'll use Draceon probably.

also i think i may have discovered the reason of the naming of UMBreon. if my theory is correct the UMB comes from the pronoun UMB which means it is oblique. two definitions of oblique are indirectly aimed at or reached, as ends or results; deviously achieved and morally, ethically, or mentally wrong; underhand; perverse. http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/oblique

I know how Espeon and Glaceon were came up with, but they weren't out in the open obvious names like say Mindeon and Iceon and Mooneon or something. Their clever names. It's not like they're gonna name the steel type Peneon. Of course they have to be related. I'm just saying that they could either be Obvious (like Draceon) or Clever and subtle (like wyvereon)

And what the heck does leaf ears have to do with horns? Ninty can do whatever the crap they want with any pokemon. How does eevee grow wings? Simple, Ninty pays someone to draw them. Horns, wings, etc. can be on whatever ninty wants them to be on.
As far as how it evolves, (if that's what your going at) then think of this:
Leveling near a moss covered rock allows eevee to sprout leaves. THAT makes sense. Seriously.
Who cares how it evolves? Honestly, in the pokemon world, anything is possible.

The Steel type could be Tempreon. Like, tempered steel? Ghost-type... Poltereon? (pole-TEAR-eon) could make a cool Ghost name.

I'd like to see a ghost Eevee, since it kinda goes along with Espeon and Umbreon. Don't care for the rest.

Edit: Poltereon sounds cool, too.
Edit2: When you think about it, a Ghost Eevee could play into the White and Black "Good vs. Evil" storyline rather well.

if they do continue the eeveelutions i would support it. i mean eevee is a cool pokemon and should get to evolve into all the types. but i would like it if eevee evolved to a normal type by leveling up

If Light type is a new type in these games, a Gloreon (Glory-On) would work. It'd basically be a Light type Eevee.

Also, a normal type Eeveelution would be a tad redundant, but it'd have excellent abilities.

As far as Eevee evolving by merely leveling up...it isn't going to happen.
Why not? because It has to be done in a way that was not previously able to be done in past games. In red, you could have easily leveled an Eevee to 100 and it not evolved...now all of a sudden it evolves at lv. 50? What?
If that were to happen, ninty would be contradicting themselves. (see moss rock instead of leaf stone)

Facts: There is no new type in the new two games.
Opinion: I am hoping for a dragon & steel Eevee.

I saw some pictures on another site pertaining to black and white's Dream World, and all of eevee's current evolutions were shown--but no new ones. I'm skeptical of getting a new eeveelution this time around. I'm trying to translate it, but so far I've only been able to translate eevee's name. .-. A lot of the symbols aren't ones I recognize.
Anyway,
Rock: Litheon / Petreon
Ground: Seismeon (seismic)
Poison: Quaranteon (quarantine) / Carcineon (carcinogen) / Contamneon (Contaminate)
Ghost: Haunteon / Geisteon / Bansheeon
Steel: Tempreon (Awesome name, Kazam)
Flying: Fujeon (fujita scale) / Alteon (altitude)
Fighting: Aureon / Brawleon

I would rather not see a dragon type eevee. Eevee is supposed to be cute. Dragons aren't cute.

I say give it a Dragon Type then end it. No more after that.

Currently, I has evolutions of all of the previously special types except Dragon. If it gets a Dragon type it will have them all. I'd be happy if they ended it there.

If they continued, there would probably be a steel type or a rock type as well as a dragon type, since Game Freak is becoming obsessed with dragon type Pokemon

I'd like to see a rock eeveelution.

I would like to see a Dragon, Steel and Ghost Eevee the most, but other types are also fine.

Dragon! I know they can do something very clever with that typing. Of course, they've come in pairs in the two generations when new ones were introduced, so I'd pair it with a Ghost-type.

I agree with GL on this one. I think it would be pretty cool to have a Dragon type Eeveelution, seeing as there is no fully evolved, pure Dragon type, excluding Arceus. I'd also like to see what they could do for a Fighting one. Maybe they'll even give Eevee a normal evolution, just to see what it would turn out to be if radiation from different stones didn't mutate it.

We have Psychic and Dark, so.. Ghost?

I say we need a Dragon type, it would probably go in my team because I've wanted an only dragon type Pokemon, excluding Arceus. That or a regular normal Eeveelution.

In Black, there is a place called Black City, which is only accessable in that game. Maybe there could be like a haunted house and if he levels up there he evolves?

I would really want eevee's evolutions to be dragon and ghost.

The ghost-type eevee would be called Holloweon and dragon-type eevee Draceon.

Holloweon attacks would have Shadow Ball and Omnimus Wind.
Draceon attacks would have Dragon Claw and Dragon Pulse.

Imma just move this to Pokemon General since it was confirmed Black and White won't have any evolutions of old Pokemon.

I personally want a bug type eevee, as there aren't that many good bug typed pokemon that are usable in the game, while dragon type eevee and ghost type eevee would be cool, we have enough OP dragons, so it would make it look odd, and ghost is kind of the same, where it would just get outclassed immediately.

And besides, whats cuter than a nice bug type eevee?

i dont really think there'll be a dragon or flying eeveeloution, it'll steal away too much attention from the others.

although i can really imagine a poison type though. ground and steel seem possible, although i doubt it'll come anytime soon, cause eeveeloutions are mostly based on the chinese elements.
