Sometimes the staff members seem a bit intolerable to me, but as a whole they're pretty good.

Although I do think that there are too many staff members.

By the way, we are more than just awesome.

Seriously though, I think the staff is absolutely fine as it is.
(We don't need more staff members at the moment)

I'm going to do something I'm not supposed to and vote 4, specifically the moderators, who generally seem sorta lazy with the moderation (I've seen several instance where 2 or 3 or 4 mods would all comment on a thread that was supposed to be moved and not move it). That is all I'm going to say for now, though.

And thats only certain mods; I'm happy with the staff, and since this is Cat's site, I really shouldn't say this, but, well, it needed to be said.

I'll take any critique about the site and attempt to do what's appropriate. In this case, we may need to "train" the staff and/or setup some rules.

I can tell from experience that you really need to work on telling moderators what their job is, and what isn't.

However, each site (And set of admins) have a different view on what moderators should do. Even more so between the admins and (new) moderators themselves. It's the admin's job to guide the new moderators in doing their jobs.

My vote was the exact opposite. You guys are awesome! One problem though: I'm not one of you.

The staff here is one of the best staff I've ever encountered to run a forum. Honestly, you guys are the most welcoming, nicest, most respectful, and fair group of Admins/mods, that listen to what everyone has to say. My hat goes off to you guys. Keep up the good work!

I do my job quite well and do what I deem necessary where I see fit.. but meh, overall I say we are teh awesum.
