Admit, all of use have gotten bored of Pokemon games at sometime or another.
So, is there another game you intend to play once HGSS loses your interest for a while? I eventually wanna get Explorers of the Sky once I lose interest, mainly because listening to a PMD2 Soundtrack made nostigalia slap me in the face. I got owned.

Start going into competitive play? ,:3
Im planning to move all my pokes to SS from Platinum and tinker around with there movesets there. HG/SS brought a lot of nice move tutor moves. =w=

I don't know any other games out right now I currently want. D:

Well, once I beat HeartGold and SoulSilver, first thing I'm going to do is move all the Pokemon I like/tend to use from Platinum and SoulSilver into HeartGold, then wipe the saves on Platinum and SoulSilver. I will then proceed to play both at leisure.

I know I'll be writing new Generation Shifts every Friday for this website (see the sub-forum under Pokemon General if you want check out the last five weeks)!

But on topic: well, this might be my last Pokemon game, so I have two ideas.

My first idea is to move all my Pokemon off of Platinum and start a new game. I liked the Sinnoh story and would like to raise a Turtwig for once through the game (I have done the other two starters already).

My second idea is to just stop playing. I already have my competitive team for the most part and really don't have time to play an "in-depth" version of Pokemon anymore. I might hatch a few eggs and move the Pokemon over to Soulsilver to train quicker (or vice-versa), but other than that, I am pretty much done with the series.

For the most part though, I'll still battle anyone who wants to battle me and my competitive team.

Finishing SoulSilver is definitely going to take me a long, long while, but after it's finished, I'll go buy Super Mario Galaxy 2

I don't know. I'm taking the game very slow because SoulSilver got boring fast because I raced through it. 11½ hours and still haven't gotten to Sudowoodo.

Battle frontier!! I've seen people get ridiculous winning streaks of 2000 and such, and I want to be able to boast about such a superb record!

And competitive battling, of coure. I'll probably EV train a bunch of Pokemon.

Same, I'm moving slowly through SS so I can enjoy it, unlike SOME PEOPLE, who are already in Kanto now...

I already have 16 badges, 16 Pokeathlon trophies, and the GB Player (GB Sounds in english). I still can't beat Red but will try.

Getting back on topic, I may play some more of Burnout Paradise on my PS3 when HG/SS lose my interest.

Their teams are pretty much air-sealed to avoid losing by hax. (quite common in the battle frontier.) The most commmon startegy is to use a lead that has Trick and a Choice Scarf, then set up screens or Memento. Uxie does this really well. Then, a wall is brought in that can set up. Insanely set up. One of the more popular Pokemon that fits this role is Registeel. With Curse, Amnesia, Iron Head, and Substitute, this thing is nearly impossible to kill. Drapion works well too, thanks to Acupressure, and the ability Battle Armor safeguarding it from pesky critical hits. The third Pokemon is usually something tough like Garchomp or Scizor, with Substitute and Swords Dance to sweep with.

It may be excessive, but 2000 wins is rather nice.

Well I just finished Today, and I'm probably going to do those stuff once you have all 16 Badges.

Spoiler Alert:
The gift from Prof. Oak (HM08). The ability to go to Mt.Silver. The ability to go to Cerulean Cave. And the thing the Manager of the Celadon Condominiums on the Second Floor gives you.

i'll do like most people are doing, bring my best pokemon to SS and get a few new moves on them and battle again once my new teams start to get on track where i left off on plantinum. Also when this is done i'll be waiting for the 5th gen. to come, and im hoping i can bring the 5th gen. to johto or sinnoh.

So I did. So a lot of people did. We'll play it the way we wish to.
Also, I'm intrested in SMG2 as well. (After I complete the first one ) Although I've heard it won't have a hub world. Rosalina was a pretty cool gal, made star babies and dosen't fraids of anything.

Simple. Beat Lance. Beat Red. Beat Lance. Beat Red. Beat Lance. Beat Red. And so on. I'll experiment with the different Pokemon I use to beat Red with(Anyone see "Owning Red With a Magikarp?) and training some teams with Lance.
ThenI will proceed to own all in PBR. THEN, I'll get bored and play NSMBW. Without 1.

EV Training some online teams, doing the Battle Frontier, doing battles against friends, some random voice chatting, and I whenever an event comes by, i'll be sure to obtain it.

Also, I kind of want to play in the Wi-Fi Club more...I just love owning every random person around the world in Swalot Plop

Well, since I can't do that anymore, I'll probably just re-run through the game. Making sure to trade over my event shiny pichu and jirachi.
In fact, I might do that before. Run through this time (just got 16th badge) wasn't very satisfying with these extremely low leveled pokemon. That lv. 60 pidgeot woulda destroyed me if it weren't for a luckhax critical hit.

I think I'm going to do that when I get back on the game...

It is going to take a very long time for me to finish the game. It has been with me for two weeks and I just finished Jasmine. After battling the Kanto leaders, I will finish the National Pokedex just like in Platinum, level up my current team to lv.100 and continue making competitive teams apart from the two teams I already have.

Hey, that's what I was going to do! And in my Japanese SoulSilver game, beat the Elite Four 100 times. It may be tedious, but it's something to do.
