Yeah, as you are reading, a Japanese game store realesed 5 days early the Pokémon Ranger "Tracks of Light" (Pokémon Ranger: Hikari no Kiseki, ポケモンレンジャー：光の軌跡) videogame, here are some pictures of it!

Can Nintendo seek any sort of legal recourse against early releases, or does it just embargo that store as punishment? I'm guessing that this particular vendor won't be getting copies of other Nintendo titles early anymore.

It's not illegal since chris knows everything before it happens (hint he lives in Japan. hint he knows people who work at Pokemon co.)
