Anywhere between today and March 1, there will be a server hosting plan upgrade (with triple the memory ), meaning those annoying 503s and memory leaks will be gone!



...Hopefully...

Yes, this applies to all websites on the server, including yours.

I was going to report an irritating error on the forums, but after seeing this thread, I decided not to.

Very glad to hear about the end of those pesky memory leaks (which coincidentally are plaguing me even as I post this ).

And I thought I was the only one who was getting extremely annoyed by them.

So, Cat, will the upgrade also 100% eliminate those errors if things work out as expected?

It should, because we won't have to restrict PHP's memory anywhere near as much.

Till now, I didn't experience the annoying "Memory allocation" or 503 errors, so that's good news, too.

Triple the memory, cool!

I honestly don't see the ads anymore, they disappeared right when I got 100 posts. It said something like 'make more posts to remove this ad' under the box.

The ads are mostly there due to the high cost of a quality VPS. Even if they only pay half of it, that's still way better than me paying 100% of the cost.

Edit: Dang, this site is REALLY fast today!
