I was watching Pokemon Heroes on dvd on my xbox just now. I had subtitles on, and when I got to that part in the picture, a subtitle saying "I'm sorry" appeared when Totadile spoke.
That meaning, many Pokemon may be speaking human, but we may not notice it.

That's pretty weird.
Also there are many times pokemon actually speak, even meowth sometimes translates what the pokemon are saying.

That's interesting. Did you notice if that came up any other times or was it just this one time?

It's very possible, as I haven't even gone through the whole movie with subtitles. I'll do it when I have the time. I can also try this on the first movie, too.
