If your like me, you have seen the siloulette (sorry if that is spelled wrong) for the pokemon in Gen 5.

You would also be wondering what type it is.
So, what do you think it is?

If you ask me, it's either a normal type of fighting type.

EDIT: There was some fan-art of what the pokemon could look like. Now i'm saying its a dark type or fighting type.

Well I think it's probably a Dark type.

Also next gen it'd be cool to see a Dragon/Ice pokemon because it'll have no weaknesses.

It would be weak to dragon.

Besides, i find Kingdra, being a water/dragon type, annoying enough. Only weak to dragon type... grr....

It would be weak to Rock, Metal and Fighting, too. So that´s it for having no weaknesses.

Dark/Fighting. That's what I think. It looks like a werewolf...

I agree. Dark/Fighting is a good type.

Hey. Don't go suggesting this when I first said that to you...

Anyways, since I think it's a werewolf-sorta Pokémon, I guess Dark/Fight would work best. After all, it would be a very unique dual typing.

I think it'd also be cool to have a Fighting/Flying pokemon almost like the picture of the fake Farfetch'd I showed you.

Probably fighting. Also, when I read the title of this topic, I thought it was for discussing new pokemon types. I don't think we'll ever add another type. the 17 are balanced,

I'm thinking it could be Dark, Fighting, Dragon, Rock, or Ground, but a silhouette alone can be hard to distinguish.

If I knew the coloration, I could make a more educated guess, but right now I'm going to guess Fighting and something else. We need a Fighting-type legendary.

I enjoy the idea of it being Dark-fighting like others have said. Good immunity to Psychic, several notable resistances, and you could make this similar to Lucario in usage (good attacker, low defenses, good typing).

In my opinion, I doubt this would be a legendary they revealed. I think of "Lucario and the Mystery of Mew" and automatically think of the Gen IV debates on if Lucario was a legendary.

I just want to make clear the point that there are many other fan-arts of this new silhouette, so please do not take this as the actual Pokémon or something. This is not confirmed and is not real, but it might give us an idea of how the Pokémon looks.

Legendary? WRONG. It has a pre-evolution, therefore, it is not a legendary.

Green Liquid poseted that before before it was revealed.

Isn't Manaphy a legendary?

doesn't matter. Phione does NOT evolve into manaphy.

It's going to be something we'd never expect. Something really broken too. It's a Bug Grass type.

I don't see why Dark/Psychic or Dark/Fire aren't plausible. The thing IS a master of illusion, supposedly, and its color scheme has some red tones in it.

Arcanine is actually a legendary and it evolves from a growlithe.

It's not a legendary, but its species description is the "Legendary Pokémon."
