The origins Origin? Like, from the beginning? With RED? Oh snap, this is gonna be gooooood. Maybe this'll even be the reason I start watching the regular Pokemon anime again. That is... if they don't cancel it because of an Earthquake

1 – GalliumGrantI think this sounds pretty promising- a fresh start is always pretty nice. I'm guessing it's just based off the events in the game, so Brendan instead of Ruby and- May instead of Sapphire.
Though, I do wonder if this means that Ash's adventures will come to an end. If they don't bother to run both at the same time, I wonder what they'll do.
I have a feeling this new anime will be quite similar to the BW2 anime that was featured last October. (I kinda hope it's similar too)

This new anime might even be intended for a more mature audience. (Just a guess ) |

On topic though, looks pretty interesting. Definitely getting vibes from Red/Blue off it.
1 – Cat333PokémonTheir faces look weird but I'm in love with those lighting and shading effects they're using. It seems to just be an anime adaptation of the original game's story if Red chose Charmander. But the question is... why? I wonder if Kanto is going to be important in 6th Generation, but right now I do not want to know because spoilers. I'm out.
2 – TurtwigX, EaglesDuring the Pokemon Game Show, a trailer was revealed for an upcoming anime special entitled "Pokemon:The Origin". As opposed to the longstanding Pokemon main series anime, which only loosely follows the games, the special appears to be based directly off of them, with both Red and Green ("Blue" in international versions) appearing. The special also uses a distinct animation style and presentation, no doubt to further differentiate itself from the aforementioned main series anime. Whether this is simply a surprise bonus for longtime fans of the series, or an indication of Game Freak's future intentions for the franchise is yet to be known.
