Dang, that was quick! I had a feeling that they would be keeping an eye on when the leaks started to get the official news up.

I see Gogoat is the same in both languages, and Pancham is pretty similar.

Based on Gogoat's description, I'd warrant it has a pre-evolution.

I hope the bird pokemon is better than what we had for a starting catch flying type in unova. [Stupid pidove, starley and tailow were better]

This region is absolutely huge!
In a sense, it sort of reminds me of the Sinnoh region- so many different biomes~

Based off the pictures we've had for routes 2 and 3 I think it's safe to say the starter town is the southern one with the red buildings.

It's definitely based off of France, by the way. The resemblance is uncanny.

Especially the northwest and west coastlines

Yes, baby! I say the next region should be based off of Great Britain!

Still... total shocker.

EDIT: By the way, I really like how the camera can be in a third person position. Means I get a nice, close look that the map's detail, if any.

That round thing in the middle looks like a giant pie that was cut into pieces, it looks to be a fair like area to me.

From the picture, I'm guessing the pie shaped thing is probably Lumiose City.

Oh yes! Please more mountain-like areas! For some reason, I really liked the volcanic area in BW2.

At least this birdy gets Flame Charge!
