Leaks from this month's CoroCoro Magazine have revealed four new Pokémon, as well as the ability to alter the skin tone of the protagonist you play as.

Though two of these Pokemon look very basic, the other two are pretty interesting. It looks like the little panda thing is going to be Grass/Fighting. The Pokemon that it shows being mounted looks pretty great, but also looks like it should evolve (or be evolved into).

Yanchamu

The Naughty Pokemon

Type:Fighting

-It is able to use a new move called "Parting Remark".





Yayakoma

The Robin Pokemon

Type:Normal

-It is able to use Nitro Charge, and announces its presence with its beautiful voice.







Elekiteru

The Generation Pokemon

Type:Electric/Normal

-It learns a new move called Parabola Charge which damages the opponent whilst healing itself.  It also makes use of solar energy to produce electricity.







Gogoat

The Ride Pokemon

Type:Grass

-It is able to learn Horn Leech.  The players may ride it in the field, presumably serving as an equivalent to the bicycles of past games, or providing travel to otherwise inaccessible areas.

Am I wrong to say that I actually like these new Pokemon?

The new flying type looks like one of those skittish birds you'd normally see at a beach...it's cute o3o (anyone else think the bird looks like the Goonie enemy from Yoshi's Island?)

A panda Pokemon!? They actually made a good design for this one.

That gray and yellow Pokemon looked like a Mawile pre evolution to me at first, but it looks like it's using an Electic type move in the picture, so I'm not sure.

That grass-ram like Pokemon looks special if it can be rode like that. Not my favorite of the new Pokemon revealed, but I have no complaints.

Generic or not, I adore that little bird. Very cute, and I can imagine a Pokemon like that who also happens to learn Flame Charge evolving into something awesome.

Calling it now the panda Pokemon will be the to come out of a pokeball in the intro.

Also you better be able to make more changes then just skin tone

I'm super excited about the new ability to ride a Pokémon in the field! It's so exciting! On the second scan (lowest right image of said scan) it appears that there could be a Pokémon following the trainer?

If any Pokémon could be rode on, I think I want to ride on a Haxorus. Just because. I keep feeling that that might not be the case, though.

Heres more info from Serebii:
The game is set in the Karos Region which appears to be based on France. You can customise your trainer slightly with hair colour and skin shade. Main city is Miare City which is where it is seen to ride Gogoat. (the ram thing)

Well, seems like they'll be getting my $35. Or $40. Depending on what they decide to charge for this awesome-game-in-the-making.

Then again...

I'm a Pokémon fan through and through.

I hope you can ride Pokemon in X&Y. THAT WOULD BE AMAZING!!

The new 'mons are lookin' pretty sweet. I'm hoping we get some English names soon.

Gogoat (power rangers) is the best goat.

Definitely using it. Regardless of anything.

The bird and the goat are pleasing me! The bird, though generic, is cute and I liked the Gogoat before I knew you could ride it.

The yellow thing isn't exciting me at all though, not sure why.

And hey, look around the characters wrists. They look like the C-Gear/Poketch for this gen.

Yeah I thought that lizard thing was a pre-evo of mawile, but still that thing looks adorable!!!! And omg I love that panda, its so cute! I can imagine some type of awesome panda evo for that thing. The bird might look too generic for me but if it turns into an awesome Phoenix or something that'd be pretty cool.. I really like the goat one too, the fact that you can ride it is sweet. AND YES CHARACTER CUSTOMIZATION!<3 At long last we have it

They all look pretty cool. I especially like Gogoat. In fact, Gogoat is definitely going on my Y team, which so far is Fennekin, Sylveon, Gogoat, and if he's available, Gallade.

Now for what will become of eevee's new form type, and the thing around mewtwo's new form.

Do you think we will learn more about X and Y when the whole thing of CoroCoro is released? Because weren't these just a few leaks of this issue of CoroCoro?

Actually the English Name got revealed today as Kalos.

Now it makes me wonder where did they get the idea for the region name from.

These all look better than ice cream in gen 5.

I noticed something about this, unova is on the right side of some moutains, kalos is on the left....me wounders if when N flyed off far away and he went to kalos. [cause the nature preserve is also far away to the left of the map]
