I just never really liked the games, I'm not sure if it's just me or what. I played it, I tried getting into it, and I couldn't get into gen V. Did I miss anything really spectacular? Should I go try it again? Just a question that's been in my head for a little bit

Anyways: It was a really good game IMO (especially BW2). You missed the intro of a whole new generation of Pokemon, so that is the usual. Nothing... HUGE happened.

I would recommend getting Black 2 or White 2 instead of the original Black and White. In my opinion, BW2 are better than the originals, so you might want to consider playing either one of those instead.

Really? You didn't like it? Is it because you kept losing at the first gym? Yeah, me too. Then I found out about getting the elemental monkey on the Dreamyard! Without the internet.

It's a good game. The gyms feel harder because you will most likely lack their weakness which will usually be found JUST before you get to the new city/gym. Story... Bleh. Pokemon, IMO, was always weak on the story. Bad guys - catch Pokemon to stop them. Honestly, I like Shadow Pokemon better... Adds more to the story, kinda...

Edit: Except for Cyrus. I like me that Cyrus.
