As for the rules, aside from the general VR and Shops and Requests rules, there's nothing special, but you might want to try to refrain from overwhelming me with too many requests. A general rule of thumb is that if the amount of requests get over 3, I might find myself pressured; over 5, I may not accept any more requests until I'm finished.

Unclear requests will end up with me quoting said post and requesting more information.

Notes about images - all images are uploaded to VR's own album and linked here. Images may be up to 1600x900, 800x480, or 1024x1024, depending on method, but don't blame me for compression for images produced from a 3DS or the phone.
