Pokémon Black and White 2 → Zoroark: He Hidez

I can't seem to find Zoroark in Lostlorn Forest. I spoke to him, he gives me the Technical Machine Snarl, and he runs off. Do I search for him in the tall grass?

From what I understand, Zoroark is unobtainable in the Lostlorn Forest. The Zoroark you saw is only part of the cutscene.

You can obtain Zoroark by evolving N's Zorua that the nice Sage in Driftveil city gives you.
