From launch day to November 12th, Genesect will be available in the US, UK, and Australia via Wi-Fi download to your Pokemon Black 2 or Pokemon White 2 cartridge, giving you a month to receive it. It comes at Lv. 50 and knows the moves Techno Blast, Magnet Bomb, Solarbeam, and Signal Beam.

I hope I can get the game within the month period. I'd seriously miss out if I missed this by a week or so.

Meanwhile Meloetta becomes the only event-only legendary without an event.

I think the event is totally cool, but seriously, why can't Canada get the event too? As a Genesect fan, I'm highly disappointed and feel totally left out. (Yes, I know stuff like this coming from people outside the United States Of America and the United Kingdom can be quite common for this franchise.)

... Well I just pulled a derp moment. And here I thought they were starting to realize last year that Canada wants things too.

Why can't Canadians receive it. Is this cause of Keldeo?

It would be nice if they clarified that by saying "North America" instead of just "America".

Don't forget, we're just The United States OF America. Think broader. And even if not, I'm restarting my Black 2 for a couple Genesects, so I could slip you guys some
So, this leaves only Meloetta as the only unreleased Pokémon. Soon we'll have all 649. And I intend to obtain EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM (Except Deoxys, too too hard, borderline impossible.)

One has to wonder they aren't having its event release coincide with its movie debut (even in Japan), as they would usually do for the sake of cross-promotion. Something tells me Game Freak has something up their sleeves for the coming year...

Tricky Game Freak has already thrown us off guard with a direct sequel for the first time. There were 2 different Victini movies that were the "same" movie. Who knows what they'll throw us next? I've stopped predicting them, and I'm just gonna roll with it.

Really? Then I'm happily getting my hands on Genesect. Wi-Fi connection ahoy! x3

To think 2 years ago, I never would've thought I could get a Wi-Fi event like this...

Well, I'll be firing up Mystery Gift ASAP when I bust down the doors to GameStop come October 7th, and then I can have another event Pokémon to raise up as my own.

I think it should be more accurately described as "any English-language copy", but one thing I know: Genny's going to be my baby! I wonder whether I'll end up smoking everything in the game all the way to the end and beyond.
