Yes, it is possible. The odds of getting a shiny are 1 in 100.

But remember - even though the odds are 1 in 100, that doesn't necessarily mean you'll get a shiny after 100 adopts.

I know it's tough I tried for a long time but now I have a shiny venusaur and charmeleon.

Okay, I just wanted to make sure it's POSSIBLE, lol. I know the odds were 1/100, but I also know that not all pokemon can be shiny with VRAC.

Also, Charmander and Charmelian shinies are messed up. Charizard is I think proper, but charmander and charmelian are like a yellow, as opposed to black.

Cat's correct. Charmander and Charmeleon's shiny forms are a gold/yellow color rather than black.
