Cyndaquil; when i played Silver, i started off with cyndaquil and never thought twice. Cyndaquil has stayed with me since silver version.

. Too many people use . I wanna do one that not many people use because I want something a little different.

Eh, I'm stuck between Totodile and Cyntaquil. Picking one or the other will affect my team.

Still looking to get Totodile probably. Not sure until I finally have the game though.

Odd, because I never used Cyndaquil ;~; I always went with totodile, and one time even chicarita through the game~! I have a typhlo now though, that I raised from level 1, my buddy gave to me. Named him Scout. =w=

Totodile FTW well because cyndaquil is WAY overused so I would hav the advantage over many.......and my sister is picking cyndaquil so I want to beat her easy AND I picked totodile in crystal! I'm not changing my choice and you can't make me!

Totodile has always been my favorite to use. Water types are my thing, lol

I'm stuck between Cyndaquil and Totodile, as well. Typhlosion has always been one of my favourite Johto Pokémon, but Feraligatr is Water-typed* and is strong(er).

I will SR for 1 day in order to get a shiny starter. If I fail, I will just pick up Cundaquil and then throw it in the box and start using my team which you can see in my signature. To navigate questions, I am going to get my team from my Platinum.

Chikorita on one, and totadile on the other. I started crystal with totadile, but I favor chicorita.

Totodile. I picked Cyndaquil is SoulSilver, so I want something different and don't like the Chikorita line.

Chikorita. I chose Cyndaquil for my original Silver game pak. I'm mainly choosing it because I like it, not because for its strength or anything.

Ive always been a fan of fire pokemon.
I dont necesarily ever use my starter because i feel they can be a bit overpowered. I like using pokemon i catch. I feel a stronger bond with them.
Cyndaquil was always my favorite out of these for some reason. I really like him. I know i already said chikorita but i decided to change my mind. I wont use cyndaquil but i will pick him.

Well, I like Fire-types, so I'll probably choose Cyndaquil. But, no matter who I choose, I'll probably trade them to my Pearl for a Growlithe (My FAVORITE pokemon).

Chikorita, purely for the nostalgia factor. For my original Silver team, I started out with Chikorita, being naive. By that, I mean that I thought that gym type order would be the same. Boy was I wrong XD. I like a challenge though. It'll be fun.

Totodile for sure

Tododile, becuase I used Cyndaquil in gold and crystal and I just don't like Chikorita sadly.

Chikorita, because:

1. I like it
2. Cyndaquil's my bro's choice, so we can get both starters.
3. I hate Totodile ever since a MD1 event of mine. Even though I like water type.

Chickorita
I've always picked grass starters...always will. (unless I restart my game a few times, then I generally pick one of the others)
and besides, Chickorita is the best of the 4 grass starters.
