My personal favorite would be Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars.

My 2nd favorite Mario game is Mario and Luigi because Luigi was in it. Paper Mario is a good series just not the best in my opinion. Why dosen't anyone at nintendo show any love for Luigi? Besides Luigi's Mansion. LOL.

Ningamer Loves That Song!

And you don't have to post the link twice in 4 posts >.>
And you don't have to double post either.
AND you quoted Yoshi and then said something completely irrelevant?
The heck?

Anyways...
My favourite is either Super Mario RPG (Did you know it took 12 years to legally get it over here?) or Mario & Luigi 2: Partners in Time. M&L2 was the game I played for ages after being scared out of my pants, so I get scary memories whenever I play it, though. I hate my sister >.<

I can see a lot of people like thousand year door. I'm still waiting for someone to say Super Mario RPG. I know some people did but, I can't remember a game more memorable then Super Mario RPG. I can't wait for another Mario RPG game! (and not in paper.) I really can't.

I'm not a big fan of The Thousand Year Door. I've played it quite a bit, but I didn't really get in to it much.
I said I liked Super Mario RPG!
And you can't wait for another one? Bowser's inside story has just been released! You can't have done EVERYTHING on it already!

Right. But, I want another one memorable like Super Mario RPG. That game is AWESOME. I like the Mario and Luigi series a lot. Just not as much as the incredible Super Mario RPG. Nintendo must have been proud of themselves.

(Note to Charizard98: Sorry 'bout copying this. Didn't think it had already existed, I should've searched beyond Mario Gaming.)

I definitely like Paper Mario slightly more, though Super Mario RPG was also great. Mario and Luigi are okay, but they're more comedic than anything.

That's alright. I've copied others without noticing too. Apology accepted.

Shouldn't this be in Poll? But anyway, For me it's a tie between Superstar Saga and The Thousand year door. Great music, gripping plotline, perfect character development, challenging gameplay, tons of sidequests, amazing bosses, and overall amazing games.

I'd have to say the Paper Mario Series is probably my favorite.
However, Mario and Luigi has the most epic villains, and Mario RPG was the first RPG I ever played.
Paper Mario is still probably my favorite.

I think Super Mario RPG may be the only game ever I've played for over 10 hours straight, so my vote would go to that.

Well, Mario & Luigi Bowser's inside story (The only Mario & Luigi game I've tried) was better than what I expected, it was a combination of platforming and RPG, something I really enjoy, but on the other hand, theres PMTTYD which just like everyone; it's one of my favorites. But as for Mario RPG, I've never really played it, but I have seen Chuggaaconroy's whole LP for it. So my favorite RPG series has to be Paper Mario. Awesome story, fun strategy while battling, challenging puzzles (Mostly in Chp. 7 and 8), and overall greatly made.

Mario and Luigi because the only Mario RPG game I have is Bowser's Inside Story. Well, exept Super Paper Mario, but that game had only one RPG battle in it.

But now that you mention it, I have played a demo of TTYD in a store a long time ago... *goes to Amazon and puts TTYD on wish list*

Paper Mario 2: The Thousand Year Door
It was funny, had good gameplay, and it was possibly the BEST Mario RPG I've played.
Even though I played it 3rd to last of all the Mario RPGs.

Paper Mario. I'm not that into RPGs, and Paper Mario combines it with a platformer.
