Yes, and if everyone except for 1 person is unactive, then obviously, you win by Default

I can't compete this time around because the living room in my current residence has been monopolized by my landlady and won't be free in time for the tournament. There's a lot of different choices the time zone converter offers for pacific. I'm quite sure I used the right one, which would be perfect for me as it's 8 P.M.

Okay, since my opponents didn't show up after waiting an extra hour for them, I am guessing there has been a misunderstanding in the time zones. I have sent them a PM saying that we will do our match tomorrow at about 9:00 PM (GMT +4), and we will post the results here ASAP.
If, however, I don't get a reply to the PM I sent/they don't show up tomorrow, then I'm afraid they're going to be disqualified.
