My oldest would be the Atari 2600. It still works great!

For the time being, the NES is the oldest system I have. I do have Atari 2600 cartridges though.

What do you mean by it doesn't work that well? (Does the system turn on and off? Does it not read any or all of your games?) Depending on what it is I might know how to solve the problems it is having.

i don't know like a month ago it worked fine but then it just stopped working but it doesn't matter, it's in the garage somewhere and i could just buy games from the Wii shop channel. It's ok.

My oldest is a gamecube. I got it the Christmas after the gamecube first came out. It has pokemon XD skin on it and still works amazing.

My NES my oldest system. It works amazingly though; I replaced the old connector with a new one that doesn't require one to push down the tray thingamajig, meaning the pins won't bend out of place like they do with the normal one (which is why it doesn't recognize games after a while). NES connectors aren't hard to fix, but doing so is annoying enough to make my extravagant 15-dollar purchase worthwhile.
Oh, and did I mention it was 11 dollars at an auction, along with a model two Sega Genesis?

I have an original N64 (So if Banjo Kazooie had Stop 'n' Swop I'd be able to do it). Not a whole lot of games for it though.

I have an old NES that doesn't work. It's quite a nice decoration, sitting in my room with a Mario mushroom figure on top of it, though!

I intend to custom paint it for fun, as it is rather dis-coloured..

Whuzzat, old computers count, too? In that case, my oldest system is my TI-99/4A, but it doesn't read cartridges correctly. Maybe it just needs a good cleaning.

What do you mean it doesn't work? It won't read the games so it blinks on and off?

My oldest console would be one of the two Nintendo 64's I have. I have one at both of my parent's houses. The one at my dad's house is still intact to my knowledge, and the one here is still working fine and sitting in front of the TV. I haven't played much recently though.

Sorry, I should have put "An old NES that I can't get to work." Yesterday, we managed to get it to work, when we diagnosed what was wrong. It just needed a new AC adaptor. And now it works!

I wish I had an Atari 2600.
Actually, my mother had one but I don't know what happened to it.
