Ooh, not to bad!
The pansage is probably my favourite, I can't really find anything wrong with it. ~
The tail...you recoloured the outline too bright. Make it really dark, with only a little hint at the red colour.
Colour-wise, pink and green together aren't exactly my favourites.
Technical-wise, there are almost no problems. The outlines on the pink belly are a little to dark, you might want to make just a smidge brighter next time.
Hmm...The belly...doesn't look right...because of that large dark brown spot under Treecko's chin...
Overall, I like your sprites.
I'd love to see more~ ^^

For first sprites, they're very good. (Better than my first sprites, although I bit off a bit more than I could chew back then) I recommend going a bit further for your next sprites and try splicing.
And, despite my lack of activity on here, I was one of the most active spriters on the forum, and I'll probably do some more work during the coming summer. You can ask me for advice as well.
Have you heard of GraphicsGale Free Edition? (There is a paid version, but the free edition has everything you could ever want for spriting) I use it for things like my animated characters (NOT animated recolours!) and custom sprites. I'm not sure how well it'd fair with doing fusions and such, but it'd be better than using paint.net.
Also, if you have a Linux computer, there is a program on linux called KolourPaint. Kolourpaint is like MS paint, but better because it also supports transparency, and has more zoom tools than MS paint.
