What operating system do you use? Sometimes, it might be interesting to see what kinds of operating systems people on Victory Road use. So, I thought that it might be a good idea to start a poll in VR for precisely this purpose, no?

I'd like to see what's the main operating system you use - the one that you use the most, be it on your desktop computer, your laptop computer, your tablet, your smartphone, or really, anything.

Windows 7. It came with my computer and I don't feel like tampering with the OS at any point. Plus, a lot of programs I use aren't compatible with anything other than Windows (which kinda sucks).

I'm a Mac. And though my 5-year-old MacBook has the capability of natively running Windows XP or 7 through what is called "Boot Camp," I mainly use Mac OS X for all my computing needs, from writing awesome music and creating video game remixes to writing fan fictions (my works are coming soon to VictoryRoad, btw), working with 3D modeling software, and mucking with photo and video effects.

Annoyingly, Windows. It's decent, and Win7 is a big step up from the XP that I was used to, but having used a Mac for four years... it's just not as good.

(that said, Windows is noticeably easier to get around)

Windows XP, for a poor horrible netbook user like myself. Windows 7 would be nice, though, maybe.

I tend to prefer using Windows the most as my main operating system, but I wouldn't mind using a Mac if presented or gifted with one as a computer to use besides Windows. And I've used Linux once before, another one I wouldn't mind too much, but Windows first, next Mac, and then Linux.

Hehe...

The best thing about Mac computers these days is that you can always install Windows (and maybe obliterate OSX while you're at it). This is possible because Intel Macs have PC hardware

Mac OS X (Lion, currently). I also use Ubuntu on an old laptop and iOS on my iPod a ton.

Getting back into Windows 98 Second Edition.
I also seem to spend a lot of time with iPhone OS version 5.

Tried Mac once. Hated it. Everything is exactly where it's not supposed to be, user interface is terrible. Finder? No. YOU are supposed to find it for ME. As soon as I found out about Boot Camp, Snow Lion or whatever you call it was gone.
It was XP, but anything was better than Mac.
Windows 7 is god. I haven't seen or used the new ones, but the last one I used was 7
7 is awesome.

I use Windows 7 most of the time. It's pretty easy to use, and I got an update for my computer for a while ago, so yeah.
