(Err... I think this should be in Pokemon General, not Black/White).

Chansey. It was the original nurse Pokemon and it should stay the nurse Pokemon.

Chansey. Audino doesn't have anything to make you feel happy. Chansey does.

Velociraptor78's right about experience. But, I would have to go with Chansey. Why, well Chansey's been with us for a long time. I think it should stay the same as its been. But, give Audino a different job.
