This is just in case they make a gen 6. You know how in Gen 4, they introduced many evolutions? Ex: Gliscor, Mismagius, Honchkrow (etc.)

If they were to do the same in Gen 6, which pokemon do you think are possible for Evolution? I will post my opinion after I hear some of yours.

EDIT: They made a Gen 6! So now this can also be to discuss possible different evolution methods, predictions on past-gen evolutions, and anything about Darwin's Theory of Evolution!

I've always wanted evolutions for Dunsparce and Shuckle. They're such great Pokemon, but are often overlooked due to the games revolving so much around the meta games these days, and their bad stats.
Some Baby pre-evolutions and evolutions for Seviper and Zangoose would be cool, too.

Why a pre-evo though? Shuckle's already such a basic Pokemon that giving it a pre-evolution would make it even more useless.
I say give it an evolution so it can have improved stats and such.

If Shuckle was given an evolution then don't use the evolution use evolite shuckle.

It will destroy anything ever.

I know quite a bit of people agree with me when I say I want a Farfetch'd evolution. They gave Lickitung an evolution, but poor Ch'ding doesn't get any love... It would also be the perfect time for a flying/fighting type.

I've also had ideas for sudowoodo and Mr. Mime evos. I call them Phantomime and Cedarwoodo.

I want to evolve one more time. I am a Houndoom, I want a 3rd Evolution. And I'd also like my Dark partner Absol to also have one more.

Oh, yes. Fartetchd. Definetely needs one. Spinda would be cool too. Idno has it ALL right. Floatzel.. A bit strong enough, but i guess... Absol.. eh, maybe.

I would like to see Spinda, Farfetch'd and Eevee evolving, while a pre-evolution to Seviper, Zangoose and Absol.

Can Luvdisc finally get an evolution? I swore on my life that Alomomola was it's evolution when 5th gen came out, only to be disappointed that it wasn't. Poor Luvdisc. xD

It would be awesome to see a Skarmory evolution. I have designed a fakemon evo for Skarmory based off an airplane and it's quite possibly my favorite fakemon ever.

I'd also like to see an evolution for Farfetch'd, Dunsparce, Quilfish, Corsola, Delibird, Sableye, Mawile, Spinda, Audino, Basculin, and Maractus.

I think Jynx was left out in Gen. 4, whenit wasn't given an evolution.

I like to see that phione finily gets to evolve into manaphy than just getting the first stage and staying there.

An evolution to Absol, Delibird, and Farfetch'd seems very viable...Electrode could have a psuedo-Magneton evolution (made a picture of that when I was a kid)...oh, and this is kind of obvious, but of all the ones that could use the pre-evolution is Kanghaskhan! That little baby in its pouch has gone too long without an actual chance to fight.8(

I think Seviper needs an evolution. Imagine how cool it would be...

I want Emolga to gain some evolutions. And if Skarmory is too strong for an evolution, how about a pre-evo?

Maybe Onix should gain a pre-evo, too. And Eevee should gain even more evolutions, but that might be pushing the limit.

Well iv'e always considered 4th gen to be a gen 1&2 expansion so i would have to say more of the same with far'fetched and delibird and maybe mawile and sableye.
Oh and defiantly jynx because its not fair that magmar and electibuzz got powered up evolutions. Qwilfish also needs a evolution too because in my mind its forgetable just like all the other forgettable pokemon >.> "Lumineon"

I'd want Skarmory, Dunsparce, Stunfisk and maybe a pre-evo for Gligar.

The thing I've always wanted most was a Castform evolution. I even made some drawings of a potential one.

Pikachu and gothrita should have a second side to evolve like gardevior did, or at least some pokemon like that.

Just going to bump this; but I am kind of hoping for cool Gender-Related Evolutions like Gallade and Gardevoir. Those were pretty interesting.

I really really really hope they stick to more Evolutions rather than Pre-Evolutions and new "forms". There are a lot of Pokemon who could use Evolutions and won't be too OP with Eviolite. Girafarig, Dunsparce, Tropius, Qwilfish, Corsola, Stantler (iffy), Spinda, Castform, Chimecho, and maybe a few others.

The only ones that may become pretty darn strong are Corsola, Castform, and Chimecho with the Eviolite, MAYBE. I haven't done thorough analysis to them.

Edit: Oh, and for Eevee: I'm thinking Sylveon is either Flying or Normal and the second will probably be Dragon or Steel, though I really don't see much going with a Steel Eevee form. Lack of recovery moves won't make it a great wall as most popular Steel type intend to be (Ferrothorn, Skarmory) with the exception of Metagross.

Edit 2: Unless... OMG, unless they give Steel type a "Recover" type move. Then they'll ALL GO UBER! YAY!! JK btw. <3

Yeah, so far all I'm seeing is Rumors and Speculation. It's probably more likely that it's either Flying or Bug-type. And Pokemon.com still says nothing about Sylveon's type, and since the information is supposed to be released worldwide at more or less the same time, I wouldn't go getting your ears in a twist about a rumor or two.

I'm pretty much in agreement on it probably being Bug-type.

The reason why it's believed to be Fairy type is because someone who leaked a tidbit of information got the English names right for the pokemon that just got revealed.

However I think he was recently proven false.

I think shuckle should evolve into toarkoal. It is so OBVIOUS they are related. In names and design they are very similar.

I would like to see Heatmor, Durant, Cryogonal, Emolga, Maractus, Basculin, Sawk, Throh, Audino, Excadrill, Swoobat, Simisage, Simipour, Simisear, Pachirisu, Relicanth, Absol, Lunatone, Solrock, Seviper, Zangoose, Mawile, Sableye, Corsola, Pinsir, Heracross, Dunsparce and many others get evolutions as well. I also like that idea of fourth evolutions as well. I also liked how Kyurem worked with temporary combining.

I'm hoping Mr.Mime gets an evolution or is at least included in Kalos' regional dex since you know it's based off France and is a Mime.

I think Durant needs an evolution. I liked the idea of a giant ant that uses iron for armor. Though he's lacking and very situational.
