some people say the striation gym leaders are the shadow triad. however, bianca was also to late too get them what do you think???

^Exactly. Just because there are three of them doesn't mean they're the same group.

Turns out this rumor might be true.

They each use a Fire, Grass, and Water Pokemon.
The Straiton Gym Leaders and the Opelucid Gym Leaders are the gym leaders not present in this scene. However it makes sense for them to not be present because they haven't been fully featured for a battle.
Pokemon Special was right about Giovanni being Silver's father.

I find it interesting. While Cilan seems way too meek and harmless to be a Shadow Triad member, a lot of Pokémon characters can pull of acts well. Just like Pryce did...
