The game on the Official Pokémon Website, "Play to Befriend a Pokémon" is set to end this Thursday. At some unspecified point after the game is no longer available, there will be an event allowing players to download the actual Pokémon they obtained after completing said game via the Dream World. These Pokémon will also have their Hidden Ability as per originating in the Dream World. For the corresponding Hidden Abilities for each Eeveelution, see the following list:

Flareon-Guts
Jolteon-Quick Feet
Vaporeon-Hydration
Espeon-Magic Bounce
Umbreon-Inner Focus
Leafeon-Chlorophyll
Glaceon-Ice Body

I've already played the game, but I can't get on the dream world. Will I not be able to get the pokemon?

Just got my Leafeon.

And Sableyed, the Global Link should open anytime soon (withing a few weeks, I'm not sure on the date). When it does open, the Eeveelution associated with your account should be allowed to be downloaded to your game.

I got the Jolteon, the stupid part is, we can't get them until the Global Link allows us to go into the dream world and "befriend" them. I want it so bad..

I thought I was the only one who didn't know how to claim the Eeveelution into my game. Turns out they didn't get released yet, so I'm still good to go.

Haha yea. I thought I played that horrible break out rip off for nothing.

Whoever coded this game must die!
Seriously. Its so choppy the ball practically teleports, and having to avoid all the powerups of the pokemon you don't want is a hassle. Oh and the ball physics were ridiculous too. ._. I swear the ball went threw my bouncer thing dead center.

Stupid game...

Oh well. Its worth it for magic bounce espeon. '3'

Plus you can get tons of Eevees for the other Eeveelutions.

Yeah if I hadn't read here that you have to collect the falling circles I would have come out with a Flareon or something, being an Ice freak, I want Glaceon and his Dream World ability badly.

The date that the eeveelutions will be available for download has been revealed. They will be available starting May 19th.

Befriend Eevee's Evolution on May 19th! If you visited the Pokémon Fun Zone on Pokemon.com and played the game to earn one of Eevee's evolutions, you can befriend the Pokémon starting on May 19th. Sign into the Pokémon Global link using your Pokémon Trainer Club account information, then visit the promotions page to befriend the Pokémon. Then you can transfer that Pokémon into your copy of Pokémon Black Version or Pokémon White Version when you wake your Pokémon in the Pokémon Dream World!

Don't forget to befriend the Pokémon you earned in the Pokémon Fun Zone on May 19th!

It says I need to be qualified to participate when I already played the game. So, I guess there's some sort of error and I can't get my Leafeon. -.-

If in the case I can't get my Leafeon, then I guess I'll breed for it then. I don't really care if it has no Dream World ability if the server's being dumb. :I

I'm not sure if this is the problem but i found that you have to be logged into your Pokemon trainer account before you click the participate button. It didn't work for me the first time.

I tried that, but there isn't any participate button. In the "For promotion participants" box it just says "You need to be qualified to participate in the promotion. Please check the Pokemon Trainer Club." with the only button being a back button.

Could it be that the Trainer Club account you played the game with not being the same account you use on the Global Link?

I only have one account for each, so that couldn't be the case.

That one pokemon cafe thing i was able to get a female eevee from the gts. (Thanks Japan B/W players!)
