Bug Reports → Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Every time I try to link to Victory battles, I get a blank page saying that Inernet Explorer cannot display the page, can you tell me how to fix this? I am using the most recent version of Internet Explorer.
In all seriousness though, Victory Battles appear to be down for everyone. I am using Firefox and the adoptables in my signature are not showing up, so I guess there is just work being done on the VictoryBattles as a whole.

Yeah VB is down and Freeze is refusing to fix it because he's on vacation.
