After listening to the Brothers Chaps' commentary on one of my Homestar Runner DVD's, I noticed this gem;

So I went ahead and took a look at the boxart for Space Invaders, and the cover art for Boston's debut album, and- WELL WELL WHAT DO WE HAVE HERE

They're both UFOs from space, they both have multiple ships in their images, there's little metropolitan cities inside of the domes, and they're both emitting laser fire cannon death rays of DOOM.

you can watch the show for free
and also read the DVD commentary for free via the wiki
