Yep, they sell 1 copy and then 2/3 of a copy every second o3o

"What the hell, this is only 2/3 of a box!"

But yeah it's pretty awesome that they've sold so many games. Good to know Pokemon is still going REALLY strong.

Looks like Pokemon will be a franchise that last for many years and people thought Pokemon is a fad.

The main reason behind these record-breaking sales in my opinion is that Pokémon Black and White are attracting a wider target audience, not just kids, which is different from the previous titles. I'm sure that the new, fresh start is something that fans were heavily anticipating, not to mention the various other features which give the games a more 'grown-up feel' to them.

So really, due to the innovation of Game Freak/Nintendo, Pokémon will continue to reign as a world-class franchise unbeatable by any other franchises, even after 15 years. To more success, Pokémon!

I agree with Spirit and Shadow here, in fact what happens near the end of the main game story. I'm not going to say.

Also these games should have been rated for much older audiences from what I've found... but that's another story.
